摘要: This paper describes the molecular assessment of antibiotic resistance (AR) determinants in a large collection Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) and bifidobacterial strains isolated from various sources multiple decades. The investigations were focused on most frequently identified resistances genera studied, i.e. erythromycin tetracycline. In total 367 isolates analyzed by tools commonly gene was tet(W), encoding for tetracycline ribosomal protection protein. Furthermore, tet(M) tet(S) besides determinant erm(B) also characterized. However, some AR genes demonstrated first time LAB bifidobacteria investigated e.g. erm(X) Bifidobacterium sp., mosaic tet thermophilum Lactobacillus johnsonii erm(A) amylovorus. Multiple determinants, pairs, found several individual bacteria, but unique results obtained analyzing two Lb. both containing tet(L), tet(W) one harboring tet(L) 2 different genes. absence and/or presence will be discussed relation to displayed phenotype isolates.
