摘要: Glutamic acid diethylester (GDEE) reversibly antagonized excitations produced by glutamate and aspartate but not those acetylcholine when applied iontophoretically to rat CA1 hippocampal neurons in penthrane (methoxyfluorane) anesthetized rats vitro slice preparations. GDEE did appear differentiate between the appeared be a more potent antagonist than has previously been reported. cells were remarkably sensitive acetylcholine; 5-50 nA being sufficient produce marked amino acid-like excitations, which unrelated pH of acetylcholine. The nature responses substances was virtually identical intact animal preparation. A description technique is given as an Appendix.
