摘要: Most research to date involving laminins and extracellular matrix protein function in both normal pathological conditions involves vitro culture of keratinocytes. Few methods are established allow for prolonged propagation keratinocytes from equine tissues, including the hoof lamellae. In this study we modified cell isolation techniques proliferation sub-culturing lamellar Additionally, production processing molecules by skin were studied. Physical proteolytic tissue separation combination with media containing a calcium concentration 0.6 mM additional supplements proved optimal subculture on collagen coated substratum. Immunofluorescence immunoblotting studies confirmed that produce Ln-332 molecule follows other species. As well, components integrin alpha-6 (α6) hemidesmsome proteins, bullous pemphigoid antigen 1 (BP180) 2 (BP230) plectin also expressed. Isolation adhesion related produced them provides valuable tool future work veterinary field.
