Alternariol 9-methyl ether from the endophytic fungus Alternaria sp. Samif01 and its bioactivities

摘要: One bioactive compound, identified as alternariol 9-methyl ether, was isolated from the crude extract of endophytic fungus Alternaria sp. Samif01 residing in roots Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. Alternariol ether active against bacteria with minimum inhibitory concentration values ranging 25 to 75μg/mL and median (IC50) 16.00 38.27μg/mL. The IC50 value spore germination Magnaporthe oryzae 87.18μg/mL. also showed antinematodal activity Bursaphelenchus xylophilus Caenorhabditis elegans 98.17μg/mL 74.62μg/mL, respectively. This work is first report on its biological activities derived S. results indicate potential a source support that natural compound high bioactivity microorganisms.
