摘要: Cell culture models are becoming prevalent in the investigation of tissue responses to implant materials. Cellular attachment and cell adhesion studies can aid development more effective orthopaedic dental implants. was studied on extracellular matrix proteins (type I, IV collagen, peptide solubilized elastin (PSE), fibronectin laminin). Human osteoprogenitor cells responded differently these collagenous non-collagenous proteins. PSE type I or collagen most cellular spreading. behaviour measured presence macroporous materials (Porites astreoides from West Indies a bovine hydroxyapatite ceramic ENDOBON®) bioartificial connective matrices comprising hydroxyapatite, elastin, chondroitin-6-sulfate, components (ECM). tested according content ECM. About 40% attached were obtained composite PSE, about 10% materials, whatever their porosity chemical components. These results demonstrate need for surface treatment promote attachment, spreading growth.
