摘要: The homoepitaxial deposition of diamond layers on {111} and {001} type‐IIa natural substrates, by both laminar turbulent acetylene‐oxygen flames, is described. Using the same gas flows, temperatures, supersaturations 4%, a higher growth rate was obtained substrate with flame than flame. Layers grown at temperature substrates supersaturation 3% show no significant difference in rate. Due to large differences geometry between types flames it not possible relate positions acetylene feathers each other compare results any location.
