摘要: Both epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and RAS gene mutations contribute to the development of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Because is one downstream molecules in EGFR signal transduction, association between somatic may be important pathogenesis NSCLC . However, date, such data are lacking. In this study, we analyzed hotspot regions K-RAS (codons 12, 13, 59 61) (exons 18, 19 21) 153 tissue samples including 69 adenocarcinomas. Overall, detected 30 (19.6%) 6 (3.9%) NSCLCs. adenocarcinomas, 26 (37.7%) six (8.7%) were detected. Of note, tumors with did not harbor any mutations, mutations. Inverse relationship adenocarcinoma was statistically significant (P=0.046, χ2 test). As regards smoking history, mutation significantly associated never-smoking whereas history. Our suggest that genes might separately, but cooperatively, pathogenesis, mutants could separately anti-neoplastic targets
