摘要: Purpose Gastric sarcomatoid carcinoma (GSC) is a very rare malignant tumor. The purpose of this study to describe the clinical, computed tomography (CT), and pathologic features GSC increase awareness entity. Methods CT clinical data five patients with pathologically documented were retrospectively analyzed compared corresponding gastric adenocarcinoma lymphoma. Results Among 5 patients, 4 male, 1 was female. median age 59 years. Of cases GSC, 3 in fundus cardia, body, fundus. wall had local thickening mass formation case, stenosis deformation adjacent cavity. long-axis diameter lesions ranged from 1.4 10.2 cm (mean, 4.97 cm) 10 case. tumor showed predominantly inhomogeneous density, radiodensity values ranging 30 53 HU. In addition, ulcers an irregular base slightly raised borders observed cases. After injection contrast material, heterogeneous (n = 4) or homogeneous 1) enhancement observed. medium injection, obvious seen 2 cases, moderate cases; peak signal portal phase. Two demonstrated evidence lymph node involvement, one patient, boundary between lesion left lobe liver unclear, low attenuation right circular enhancement. remaining two no metastasis. Conclusion Although extremely rare, it should be considered differential diagnosis findings, combined patient sex, can provide support for GSC. However, final must confirmed histopathology.
