摘要: We herein report a case of sarcomatoid carcinoma that developed in remnant stomach. A 76-year-old male with history distal gastrectomy for duodenal ulcer 28 years earlier underwent investigation tumor the An endoscopic survey showed round elevated measuring 6 cm diameter, and biopsy specimen suggested carcinosarcoma. total stomach was performed, excised identified to be malignant neoplasm consisting both carcinomatous sarcomatous components. diagnosis made since epithelial markers were positive even mesenchymal elements tumor. To our knowledge, only 4 cases have been reported English literature so far.
