摘要: Different Internet technologies foster the acquisition of different language skills. In case synchronous interaction tools, such as Webchat, concern is to evaluate whether and how this communication context affects process acquiring a second langauge. A collection Webchat data among English non-native speakers (NNS) native (NS) basis for microanalytic investigation conducted form Conversation Analysis (CA) perspective. The main purpose discover patterns conversational strategies used by participatns in on-line context. CA research approach was chosen since it investigates machinery structure social action language, avoiding preformulated theoretic categories. This important CMC represents new SLA context, forcing both NS NNS produce structures strategies. study analyzes, particular, implies reduction range interactional practices, actions performance, sense making, meaning negotiation, thus affecting process. Finally, researcher considers reliability validity type qualitative technological area. Using some methodologies taken from literature, an analysis focuses first on overall sequence organization connection with communicaiton setting features. It then passes turn-taking organization, attention recurrent openings closings; turn design (or packaging actions); expression paralinguistic features context; (interlanguage) pragmatic variables. conclusion resolves findings underlines versus behaviour, offering hypotheses about through general, encouraging further investigation.
