摘要: Children with asthma and allergies experience social isolation gaps in support particularly from peers. The objective of this pilot study was to design test an accessible online intervention for these children. (n = 27) aged 7 11 across Canada participated. GoToMeeting employed the group sessions Club Penguin connections during between meetings. Content included: strategies coping allergies, role playing games help children deal difficult situations, fun enjoyment, presentations by positive models. Participation peer high, 86.3% on average over 8-week intervention. By sharing their experiences, listening peers' playing, were introduced practical skills: problem solving, communicating, seeking support, self-advocacy.
