摘要: In our study we investigated the effect of maternal restraint stress on preimplantation embryo development using a mouse model. We exposed hormonally stimulated (superovulated) and unstimulated (i.e. spontaneously ovulating) females to for 30 min three times day during period. The exposure caused significant increase in blood plasma corticosterone concentration. Microscopical evaluation embryos isolated from ovulating showed that significantly increased proportion with lower cell numbers (≤32 cells) decreased higher (65-96 cells 97-128 cells). Moreover counts per blastocyst. After an additional 24 h vitro culture did not find any difference distribution or embryo/blastocyst between stressed control mothers. affect incidence apoptosis blastocysts ovulated dams. gonadotropin dams, hormonal treatment itself notably changed (increasing degenerated embryos) occurrence apoptotic cells. Our results indicate psychical very early pregnancy can influence developmental capacity embryos.
