摘要: Abstract Objective To determine the effects of n − 3 PUFAs supplementation on plasma indices coagulation (fibrinogen), fibrin D-Dimer (an index thrombogenesis and turnover), endothelial damage/dysfunction (von Willebrand factor (vWf)), platelet activation (soluble P-selectin (sP-sel)) inflammation (interleukin-6, IL-6) in patients following acute myocardial infarction. Methods Open-labelled randomised controlled trial. Seventy-seven post-myocardial infarction (MI) stabilized standard secondary prevention therapy were either to 3 months' treatment with Omacor 1 g/day (n = 37) or ‘usual care’ control (n = 40). Plasma levels fibrinogen, D-Dimer, vWf, sP-sel, IL-6 viscosity at baseline after months determined. Results At baseline, there no significant differences between groups all research indices, except vWf higher allocated supplementation. After months, changes any supplemented when compared baseline. Patients who received experienced a fall total cholesterol (p = 0.019), total / HDL-cholesterol ratio (p = 0.009) LDL-cholesterol (p = 0.023). However, relative lipids lipoproteins did not differ two groups. Conclusions Three-month g per day post-MI is associated an improvement peripheral potential, function, reactivity inflammation.
