摘要: Glioma is the most common central nervous system tumor with poor prognosis. The AEG-1 (Astrocyte Elevated Gene 1) gene displays oncogenic characteristics, including proliferation, metastasis, chemoresistance, invasion, and evasion of apoptosis, strongly linked to occurrence glioma. Here, we elucidated potential contribution in human glioma pathogenesis. In cells, could directly interact Murine Double Minute-2 (MDM2) protein resulting MDM2-p53-mediated cell proliferation apoptosis. MDM2 being revealed as an oncoprotein, which involved many cancers progression. By immunohistochemical a multivariate analysis, expressions were elevated high showed be correlated AEG-1-MDM2 interaction prolonged stabilization where inhibited ubiquitination subsequent proteasome-mediated degradation protein. Moreover, slicing blocked expression then impacted MDM2-p53 pathway that influenced These findings uncover novel interplay by augments progression reveal viable therapy for treatment patients.
