摘要: Epstein-Barr virus-transformed human B lymphoblastoid cell lines (EBV-LCL) can present soluble antigens to antigen-primed T lymphocytes. In this study, we used HLA antigen-loss mutants of an EBV-LCL line (LCL 721) demonstrate that the presentation a antigen from Candida albicans (CAN) by primed cells be restricted multiple determinants. Haplotype-deletion contained only maternal or paternal HLA-haplotype were preferential role autologous in presenting Candida-primed donor LCL-721, and her mother father. Immunoselected LCL-721 showing variety distinct phenotypes are deficient HLA-DR, DQ, DP expression tested as antigen-presenting cells. The ability these class II variants weakened with progressive loss determinants expressed on surface. Our therefore, provides evidence for restriction determinants, including DP. Furthermore, LCL lacking all because homozygous deletion MHC genes still presented CAN Tetanus toxid (TET), although much lesser degree than LCL-721. This suggests other DR, which may also function elements proliferative T-cell response antigens.
