摘要: Subjective pain assessment scales have been widely used for assessing lameness in response to pain, but the accuracy of these has questioned. To assess scale accuracy, 10 lame, presa Canario dogs with osteoarthritis (OA) associated bilateral hip dysplasia were first treated mesenchymal stem cells. Then, potential improvement was analyzed using two (Bioarth and visual analog scale). These data compared similar collected a force platform same animals during period 6 months after treatment. The F test intraclass correlation showed that concordance pain/lameness scores between 2 measuring methodologies not significant (P value ≥ 0.9213; 95 % confidence interval, –0.56, 0.11). Although subjective 6 months, demonstrated those had returned initial state. Use measure OA did great when quantitative gait analysis.
