摘要: MRI estimates of extracellular volume and tumor exudate flux in peritumoral tissue are demonstrated an experimental model cerebral tumor. Peritumoral predicted the flux. Eighteen RNU athymic rats were inoculated intracerebrally with U251MG cells studied dynamic contrast enhanced (DCE-MRI) approximately 18 days post implantation. Using a selection paradigm novel application Patlak Logan plots to DCE-MRI data, distribution (i.e. porosity) leaky rim that external (the outer rim) estimated, as was flow from inner through rim. Distribution half adjacent region (p < 1 × 10(-4)). The ring significantly correlated (R(2) = 0.9) Thus, rate One explanation for these data is perfusion, i.e. delivery blood tumor, regulated by compression mostly normal rim, limited perfusion.
