摘要: Purpose. The purpose of this study was to determine the susceptibility human uveal melanoma cells in vitro and vivo natural killer (NK) cell-mediated cytolysis if NK influence metastasis from eye. Methods. Four cell lines one line derived a metastatic lesion patient with were tested for lysis mouse model. Major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I antigen expression evaluated by flow cytometry. role controlling eye liver examined nude mice. Results. Sensitivity murine correlated reduced MHC antigens. Uveal expressing normal insensitive lysis, both vivo. Metastasis inhibited activity because disruption function produced sharp increase spontaneous intraocular melanomas Conclusions. There is considerable variation cytolysis. Susceptibility closely expression. Disruption significantly increases development hepatic metastases cells.
