Association of MLL3 expression with prognosis in gastric cancer.

摘要: Low expression of myeloid/lymphoid or mixed-lineage leukemia 3 (MLL3) is reportedly associated with gastric cancer and tumor progression. The purpose this study was to examine the MLL3 in tissue samples patients analyze relationship between protein clinical records. Using immunohistochemical staining Kaplan- Meier analysis for patients, we found that low had a significant survival rate compared positive analyzed (P < 0.05). Our data suggest plays vital role development, an important marker prognosis cancer.
