摘要: Nocturnal enuresis is a common developmental disorder in children; primary monosymptomatic nocturnal (PMNE) the dominant subtype. Previous literature has suggested that prefrontal cortex and pons are both involved micturition control. This study aimed to investigate metabolic levels of left children with PMNE by proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS). Twenty-five 25 healthy took part our experiments. Magnetic examinations were performed on Siemens 3T Trio Tim scanner. For each subject, localized 1H-MRS was acquired from (mainly brodmann area 9) point-resolved sequence repetition time 2,000 ms, echo 30 ms 64 averages. The LCModel software package used analyze MRS raw data, two-sample t tests determine significant differences between two groups. results revealed reduction metabolite total creatine ratios N-acetylaspartate (NAA/tCr) for compared children. Our suggests metabolism disturbed PMNE, which may be associated symptoms enuresis.
