摘要: Background Dose adjustments for local reactions to immunotherapy have been previously proposed. Several studies shown that systemic from injections are not predicted by previous reactions. However, no reports evaluated the prevalence and rationale of dose adjustment protocols within allergists' practices. Objective To examine response after patients' reaction immunotherapy. Methods On behalf American College Allergy, Asthma Immunology (ACAAI) Immunotherapy Diagnostics Committee, an electronic survey was sent all practicing allergists ACAAI. Results A total 2,797 letters successfully sent, 761 (27.2%) responded survey, with 94.7% participants having completed a fellowship in allergy immunology.
