摘要: Snake venom components, acting in concert the prey, cause their immobilization and initiate digestion. To achieve this, several hydrolytic enzymes of snake have evolved to interfere various physiological processes, which are well defined. However, such as phosphatases (acid alkaline phosphomonoesterases) less studied pharmacological role venoms is not clearly Also, they show overlapping substrate specificities other common biochemical properties causing uncertainty about identity venoms. The near-ubiquitous distribution these venoms, suggests a significant for envenomation. It appears that may play central liberating purines (mainly adenosine) - multitoxin through action help prey immobilization. apart from could also possess activities been diverse processes. This has verified by studies using purified enzymes. Further research needed biologically characterize established.
