摘要: Biocalorimetric experiments were performed to investigate the metabolic thermal responses of halotolerant species Staphylococcus lentus in glucose limited mineral salt medium. Growth factors optimized both shaker flask and calorimetric experiments. A limiting value 5 g/L was found be optimum for S. growth. The heat flux profiles, OUR, biomass growth, substrate depletion profiles compared deduce activity lentus. Shifts due shifts uptake three distinct phases growth are noticeable profile curves. Respirogram (OUR) seen follow curve. Oxycalorific coefficient is validated with theoretical studies those noticed published literature.
