摘要: The lipopeptide and its homologues are a kind of the five major biosurfactants with prominent interfacial biological activities. A suite mutagenesis method was adopted to expose wild lipopeptide-producing strain Bacillus subtilis HSO121 improve yield, stable mutant named R2-104 2.0-fold production obtained. Compared that HSO121, produced by showed similar surface activity, but course profiles during cultivation were different, peak yield 500 mg at about 9 h R2-104, 400 mg 5 h HSO121. constituent abundance also different from Combined methods ESI-MS, GC-MS MS-MS applied for structural characterization homologues, it lipopeptides attributed surfactin family constituents. dominant anteiso C15-surfactin relative content 43.8 %, while one HSO121was iso C14-surfactin 33.1 %.
