摘要: Comparative genomic hybridization serves as a screening test for regions of copy number changes in tumor genomes. We have applied the technique to map DNA gains and losses 5 cell lines derived from glioblastoma multiforme, most common primary neoplasm central nervous system. The frequent occurred on chromosomes 10 13. were observed 5, 6, 7 20. Some novel sites alterations also observed. Analysis areas loss gain these provides basis future attempts more finely genetic elucidation genes involved progression.
