摘要: The purpose of this study was to examine whether the expression two chitin synthase genes, AgCHS1 and AgCHS2, can be repressed by chitosan/AgCHS dsRNA-based nanoparticles through larval feeding in Anopheles gambiae. transcript level content were reduced 62.8 33.8%, respectively, larvae fed on chitosan/AgCHS1 dsRNA compared with those control chitosan/GFP nanoparticles. Our suggested for first time that RNA interference (RNAi) mosquito is systemic, demonstrated assembled from AgCHS2 increased susceptibilities diflubenzuron, calcofluor white (CF) or dithiothreitol, respectively. These results suggest great potential using such a nanoparticle-based RNAi technology high-throughput screening gene functions developing novel strategies pest management.
