摘要: The reactivity of human cord blood sera was directed most frequently in Western blot assays to a protein with an apparent molecular mass 85 kDa that belongs the p85 complex, family antigenically related proteins identified previously our laboratory aid two MAbs. We show is phosphorylated. As antibodies present were part carrying cross-reactive epitopes between herpesvirus 6 (HHV-6) and 7 (HHV-7), it remarkable phosphoprotein maintained after preabsorption HHV-6 antigen, but abolished HHV-7 antigen. Therefore, may be considered major determinant immune response HHV-7, discriminating from infection.
