摘要: Demand for higher accuracy and control systems is growing rapidly becoming more important in high-tech industries. However, precise position of a pneumatic cylinder very difficult to achieve due the compressibility air, nonlinear behavior air flow rate through valves friction force between piston system. The purpose this paper was present model novel linear process strategy design controller real-time This mainly analyzes horizontal vertical precision positioning under loading effect system experiment. System identification approach selected obtain plant model. Predictive Functional Control with observer (PFC-O) proposed as improve tracking performance Performance assessment performed MATLAB. effectiveness verified experiment plant. simulation experimental results confirm that PFC-O shows good various load configurations.
