摘要: Immunization of BALB/c mice with a single dose the Sabin type 1, 2 or 3 poliovirus vaccine strains stimulated cross-reactive T helper cell responses detected by both in vitro proliferation and interleukin (IL)-2/IL-4 production. Although polyclonal were cross-reactive, results also suggest that proportion cells directed against serotype-specific determinants. In contrast, neutralizing antibodies, assayed serum from same animals, predominantly only reached significant titres after secondary immunization. A comparison immunogenicity administered subcutaneously Freund's complete adjuvant intraperitoneally as an alum precipitate without adjuvant, showed optimum obtained immunization virus presence alum. An examination effect heterotypic priming primed for antibody response to each three serotypes, whereas 1 viruses could generate homologous virus.
