摘要: Breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP) in the placenta, encoded by ABCG2 gene humans, plays an essential role regulating fetal exposure to toxicants and maintenance of cellular folic acid homeostasis. This study aimed at exploring associations between 421C>A 34G>A polymorphisms within children isolated septal defects a Han Chinese population. An age- gender-matched case-control involving 210 pairs was conducted. Genotyping performed sequencing. Forty-six placental tissues umbilical cords from healthy mothers with uncomplicated pregnancy were collected investigate impact these two on transcription translation activities gene.
