摘要: The year-round food habits of lynx were studied using radio-telemetry and snow-tracking in the boreal forest southeastern Norway. main objectives study to clarify importance domestic sheep small prey species diet an area with a very low density roe deer. During period 1995–1999, we found 193 scats 358 kills made by lynx. Our results indicate that deer most common (contributing 83 34% biomass consumed winter summer, respectively), although wide range other also found, including mountain hares, tetranoids, red foxes, sheep, wild reindeer, even moose. Most was obtained predation, did document several cases scavenging. Roe more important than perhaps because they easier locate as clustered around feeding sites. In increased importance. Despite this area, seemed still specialise on them, constitute significant amount their diet, especially for males yearlings. However, contribution summer far from expected if relative considered.
