摘要: We transformed a nontypeable Haemophilus influenzae clinical isolate with plasmid containing the luxCDABE operon driven by H. outer membrane protein P2 promoter. Herein, we demonstrate ability to detect bioluminescence and monitor infection within nasopharynges, eustachian tubes, middle ears of chinchillas after intranasal transbullar challenges.
