摘要: The fluorescence and ultraviolet spectroscopy were explored to study the interaction between Oxymetazoline hydrochloride (OMZH) mucin under imitated physiological condition. results demonstrated that quenching mechanism OMZH is a combined process. binding constants (K(a)), sites (n) corresponding thermodynamic parameters (ΔG, ΔH, ΔS) of system calculated at different temperatures. hydrogen bonds van der Waals forces play major role in mucin. According Forster non-radiation energy transfer theory, distance was calculated.
