摘要: The higher the electron mobility is, stricter requirement for contact resistivity becomes, especially graphene, which has an extremely high mobility. Although ohmic due to no bandgap was reported in supplemental of first graphene paper, is intrinsically small density states graphene. In this chapter, issues concerning metal/graphene interface properties are reviewed, and guidelines reduce discussed, based on recent understanding metal/graphene/substrate interactions.
