摘要: In this study, we measured the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) copy number in both tissue and plasma samples of gastric cancer patients by using droplet digital polymerase chain reaction (ddPCR) method. Eighty were enrolled formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded preoperative collected. HER2 status was determined immunohistochemistry (IHC)/silver situ hybridization (SISH) ddPCR target gene reference eukaryotic translation initiation 2C, 1 in plasma. The concordance rate IHC/SISH 90.0% (72/80), sensitivity specificity 85.0% 95.0%, respectively. 63.8% (51/80). sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative value 37.5%, 90.0%, 79.0%, 59.0%, As measurement showed a high with IHC/SISH, it could replace testing cancer. These findings may contribute to development that would be useful daily practice.
