摘要: Traditionally, trehalose is considered as a protectant to improve the ethanol tolerance of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. In this study, clarify changes and roles during bioethanol fermentation, content expression related genes at lag, exponential, stationary phases (i.e., 2, 8, 16 h batch fermentation process) were determined. Although yeast cells exponential phase had higher than lag (P 0.05). Moreover, degradation-related NTH1 NTH2 decreased in comparison with that phase; compared phase, TPS1, ATH1, NTH1, but lower TPS2. During lag-exponential transition, downregulation promoted accumulation trehalose, some extent, might confer S. cerevisiae before phase. exponential-stationary upregulation TPS1 contributed Tps1 protein be indispensable withstand stress would degraded supply carbon source
