摘要: Abstract In order to obtain some insight into understanding of the multivalent interactions between polysaccharide fragments as ligands and lectins conjugated on membrane surface lipid vesicles receptors, two kinds lectin-conjugated were prepared, studies agglutination binding performed with microscale assays by applying these model systems consisting different receptors. The based interaction plant galactomannan Ricinus communis agglutinin-conjugated indicated three possible cases interaction; strong was caused large-size high side chain density, moderate medium-size low density no small-size fragments. yeast mannan concanavalin A vesicles, together glycosyl-linkage composition analyses, suggested that efficiency should be correlated structural characteristics such size fragments, rate branching, number high-affinity residues.
