摘要: Gastric cancer is one of the most common tumors worldwide. Although several treatment options have been developed, mortality rate increasing. Lymph node involvement considered reliable prognostic indicator in gastric cancer. Early diagnosis improves survival patients and increases likelihood successful treatment. The diagnostic method endoscopic examination, however, it expensive not feasible poorer countries. Therefore, many innovative techniques studied to develop a new non-invasive screening test identify specific serum biomarkers. DNA microarray analysis technologies able measure expression levels large number genes simultaneously. It possible define gene profile tumor correlate with prognosis metastasis formation. Several studies literature published on role mechanisms proliferation aim this review analyze importance its clinical applications better genetic characteristics implications more decisive
