摘要: Separation of X- and Y-chromosome bearing sperm has been practiced for selection desired sex offspring to increase the profit in livestock industries. At present, fluorescence-activated cell sorter is only successful method separation sperm. This technology based on differences DNA content between these two types commercialized bovine However, this still problems terms high economic cost, damage, lower pregnancy rates compared unsorted semen. Therefore, an inexpensive, convenient, non-invasive approach sexing would be benefit agricultural sector. Within perspective, immunological one attractive choices separate article reviews current knowledge about approaches, viz., H-Y antigen, sex-specific antigens, differentially expressed proteins sexing. Moreover, review also highlighted different methods identification Y-sperm.
