摘要: The prognosis of patients with malignant brain tumors remains poor despite new developments in neurosurgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Malignant gliomas are highly vascularized, there is ample evidence that their growth angiogenesis-dependent. Therefore, therapeutic approaches often include the inhibition angiogenesis. In this review, experimental studies antiangiogenic agents tumor models summarized. results these experiments as well potential pitfalls extrapolation to clinic discussed.
