摘要: Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT), an autoimmune thyroid disease (AITD), is becoming more and prevalent in the recent years. Data on family twin studies carry evidence for strong genetic influence AITD susceptibility development. The most common approaches to unravel background of those diseases are whole genome screening candidate gene analysis. Common Graves' (GD) genes have been identified, as well that characteristic only one diseases. Because complex nature AITD, caused by their polygenic a mode inheritance, there still questions be answered than answers can given, especially about thyroiditis. There plenty papers concerning pathogenesis AITD. However, not seldom do they end up conclusions GD, because results this far clearer unambiguous obtained HT. Similarly, meta-analyses reviews often concentrate general or GD alone. In review, main player. It aims review state art development disease.
