摘要: Androgenic responsiveness in anther (AC) and isolated microspore cultures (MC) was analysed using 15 lines of Polish winter rye (Secale cereale L.). The effect low temperature (LT) alone or combination with osmotic stress induced by mannitol treatment (MAN) and/or reduced glutathione (GSH) on the effectiveness process studied. Interestingly, each had a different (mcs) vitality capability to divide symmetrically. first criterion for successful embryogenesis exceed threshold number at least 25% dividing microspores, which determined ‘embryogenic suspension culture’. In some configurations spectacular achieved, especially highly recalcitrant androgenesis induction. Relatively high induction (up 4.58 AS per 105 mcs spike MC 21.29 AC) showed that developed protocol GSH MAN tiller pre-treatments overcomes genotypic barrier initiation rye. Moreover, relatively high, spontaneous genome diploidization (55%) regenerated plants demonstrated described protocols could be effectively integrated into conventional breeding programmes. Glutathione break increasing vital microspores ratio. This marker is useful screening material programs utilizing DH technology.
