摘要: Circadian rhythm alterations have been implicated in multiple neuropsychiatric disorders, particularly those of sleep, addiction, anxiety, and mood. rhythms are known to be maintained by a set classic clock genes that form complex mutual self-regulatory loops. While many other showing rhythmic expression identified genome-wide studies, their roles circadian regulation remain largely unknown. In attempts directly connect with genetic studies gene mutations associated several rare sleep disorders or sleep-related traits. Other than that, psychiatric had limited success. As an important mediator environmental factors regulators rhythms, the epigenetic system may hold key etiology pathology subtypes endophenotypes. Epigenomic related changes not thoroughly explored context disorders. We argue for systematic investigation system, regulation, its involvement improve our understanding human behavior disease etiology.
