c-Src antisense complexed with PAMAM denderimes decreases of c-Src expression and EGFR-dependent downstream genes in the human HT-29 colon cancer cell line.

摘要: c-Src is one member of non-receptor tyrosine kinase protein family that has over expression and activation in many human cancer cells. It been shown implicated various downstream signaling pathways associated with EGFR-dependent such as MAPK STAT5 pathways. Transactivation EGFR by more effective than ligands. To inhibit the expression, we used antisense oligonucleotide complexed PAMAM Denderimes. The effect on HT29 cell proliferation was determined MTT assay. Then, c-Src, genes related to EGFR-depended P53 applied real time PCR. We western blot analysis elucidate level expression. results showed, denderimers an role decrease genes.
