摘要: Described are methods of assay design and image correction, useful for multiplexed genetic screening mutations polymorphisms, including CF-related mutants polymorphs, using an array probe pairs (in one aspect, where member is complementary to a particular mutant or polymorphic allele the other corresponding wild type allele), with probes bound encoded particles (e.g., beads) wherein encoding allows identification attached probe. The relate avoiding cross-hybridization by selection amplicons, as well separation reactions certain amplicons homology threshold exceeded. Methods correcting fluorescent background map, also contain optical system, disclosed.
