摘要: Our purpose was to elucidate the clinical roles of "immuno-proteosome," which is involved in accelerated pathway major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I-restricted antigen presentation system, renal cell carcinoma (RCC). The relative expression six proteosome subunits (existing X, Y, and Z immunoproteosome LMP7, LMP2, MECL1) 54 RCCs investigated using RT-PCR analysis compared with clinicopathological measures, including patient outcome. Expression LMP7 LMP2 genes significantly low high-grade tumors, that MECL1 high-stage tumors. Low levels were strongly associated shortened survival (LMP7: P = 0.0002, LMP2: < 0.0001, MECL1: 0.0047). had no significant correlation those measures. These findings suggest level immuno-proteosome subunit have a disorder their antigen-presentation system. As consequence, they may escape from immune surveillance worsen
