摘要: Genetic recombination causes reassortment of markers on homologous chromosomes, and generates diversity that is a major force in evolution. Yet, relatively infrequent event, consequently difficult to study by conventional biochemical techniques, thus most the available information derives from genetics bacteria, yeasts or fungi. This leaves many questions unanswered at structural level, concerning basic components process.
