摘要: Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) is a tumor-associated expressed on most gastrointestinal adenocarcinomas and putative target for cancer immunotherapy. We developed murine monoclonal anti-idiotype (anti-Id) antibody, 3H1, which mimics specific epitope of CEA, In this study, the efficacy 3H1 as tumor vaccine was evaluated in model. model, colorectal cell line MC-38 transduced with human CEA gene injected into syngeneic C57BL/6 (H-2b) mice. Immunization naive mice conjugated keyhole limpet hemocyanin Freund's adjuvant induced humoral cellular anti-3H1 well anti-CEA immunity. Mice immunized were protected against challenge lethal doses MC-38-cea, whereas no protection observed when vaccinated challenged negative cells or an unrelated anti-Id antibody MC-38-cea (P < 0.003). These data demonstrate that can induce protective CEA-specific antitumor
