摘要: Cancer remains one of the most difficult and elusive disorders to prevent treat, despite great efforts in research treatment over last 30 years. Researchers have tried understand pathogenesis cancer by discovering single cellular mechanism or pathway derived from a genetic mutation. There are limited made toward unified concept cancer. We propose neuro-bioenergetic based on central hyperexcitability via inducible overexpression voltage-gated ion channels, ligand-gated channels neurotransmitters. Exploration this could lead better understanding cause as well developing more effective specific strategies prevention treatment.
