摘要: Rationale and Objectives The COVID-19 pandemic has forced rapid evolution of the healthcare environment. Efforts to mitigate spread virus through social distancing shelter-at-home edicts have unintended consequences upon clinical educational missions mental well-being radiology departments. We sought understand impact on residencies with respect mission perceptions well-being. Materials Methods This study was IRB exempt. An anonymous 22 question survey regarding residencies, its perceived morale radiologists trainees a query innovative solutions devised in response, emailed Association Program Directors Radiology membership. Survey data were collected using SurveyMonkey (San Mateo, California). Results Respondents felt negatively impacted their residency programs. Regarding impact, 70.1% (75/107) report moderate/marked negative 2.8% (3/107) that activities ceased. pandemic's resident morale, 44.8% (48/107) perceive effect; programs redeployment is significantly worse 57.1% (12/21) reporting decrease. overwhelmingly adequate access health resources during acute phase (88.8%, 95/107). program directors, 61% (65/106) either mild or marked decreased morale. innovations reported by directors catalogued shared.
